Mark Isaacson, a philanthropist who supports a few Chabad institutions, recently married Cynthia Zara at a joyous wedding in Key West, Florida.
Isaacson of Great Capital Investments had a most unique relationship with the Rebbe which he described in a speech at the 55th annual Dinner of Educational Institute Oholei Torah in Crown Heights.
Guests included Shliach to Key West Rabbi Yanki Zucker, Director of Development of Oholei Torah Rabbi Nosson Blumes and businessmen Moshe Malamud and Simon Jacobson of Crown Heights.
Others were Rabbi Marc Schneier of New York Synagogue in Manhattan and The Hampton Synagogue, Rabbi Elie Abadie of the Edmund Safra Synagogue in New York City and Cantor Joseph Malovany of the 5th Avenue Synagogue.
“Rarely has Key West seen so many rabbis gather for an entire Shabbos weekend,” one of the guests told COLlive.com.
As the Isaacson couple returned to New York, Oholei Torah hosted a Sheva Brochos for them at the Blumes residence joined by Rabbi Joseph Rosenfeld, Executive Director, and many of their friends and acquaintances.
I am thankful to Hashem, and to my son Mark ,and my new daughter Cynthia for bringing me so very much Nachas.
