Many Lubavitch families of Crown Heights and surrounding areas spent an inspiring and uplifting Pesach as guests of the inaugural FFH Events Pesach Program in the Pocono Mountains.
The lineup of entertainment featured superstar Shlomo Simcha and lecturer Rabbi Chaim Schochet, and guest entertainers Rogers Park band and an array of others.
Children’s events featured carnivals, face painting, trips to water parks, a day camp and bonfires.
Table One Caterers by Levi Feigenson prepared the delectable gourmet menu, all under Lubavitcher supervision. The food was both delicious and was presented in an extraordinary way, enhancing the guests’ Yom Tov meals. The kitchen staff featured Table One’s top chefs as well as Chavie Lebovic and family and Mendel Kagan’s scrumptious desserts.
Lubavitchers from across the country gathered to spend Yom Tov together in the scenic Pocono Moutains of Pennsylvania, hosted by Motti and Libbie Hershkop, Shloime and Alyson Feldman and Levi and Yehudis Feigenson, who together coordinated a fantastic program, with many guests signing up for next year’s program at the end of the holiday.
Some of the most memorable moments included one of the families welcoming a new baby girl during Yom Tov, and another guest celebrating a Shalom Zachor. Yom tov ended with a lively Moshiach Seudah lasting well past Z’man.
“The program was a first for FFH Events, and all who participated were happy to be a part of it,” organizers said. “The coordinators set out to make each guest feel welcomed and part of the FFH family.”
