The Lost Key has a unique background and mission. After a traumatic divorce, director Ricardo Adler set out to discover how to attain a fulfilling and lasting marriage. His search took him to renowned Torah scholar and marriage counselor Rabbi Manis Friedman, whose book Doesn´t Anyone Blush Anymore? was widely praised by the media and is currently in it’s fourth printing. The film portrays the dramatic transformation of Ricardo’s new marriage, and the reactions of other couples to this revolutionary way to intimate connection. The Lost Key reveals forgotten wisdom that could inspire modern society to rediscover intimacy according to ancient Kabbalistic secrets.
Seven years in the making, this is not your typical documentary. The film is geared for audiences of all backgrounds, secular or religious, and therefore faced distinct challenges in its creation. Thanks to a talented and professional team, they succeeded in making a film that addresses a sensitive topic in a way that you will not forget.
