Before the conclusion of the fast at the Western Wall Plaza: Songs of unity and consolation
An emotional event that takes place every year in the evening hours as the fast comes to an end. Thousands of Jews from all backgrounds come together, shoulder to shoulder, to sing emotional songs of consolation and redemption starting from 18:30. At the end of the fast, drinks and food will be distributed at the Western Wall Plaza for those who completed their fast there.
The preparations by the Western Wall Heritage Foundation will continue until the late hours of the night (approximately 2 AM) when Chassidic Rebbes, Rabbis, and Torah scholars gather for the traditional Kiddush Levanah (Sanctification of the Moon) ceremony, which takes place after the end of Tisha B’Av.
