So many Jewish kids BH”, but the Rebbe said that this is the bare minimum. Why are our BT yeshivas not packed with students? Shluchim have a responsibility after this to encourage all their kids who went on this trip to consider going to Mayanot, Hadar Hatorah, Morristown, Temimi Haderech, Torah Ohr or for women Mayanot, Machon Alte, Machon L’Yachdus, Machon Chana.
Please Shluchim, make a real change for these kids lives. This is what the Rebbe ultimately wanted!
A lot of these teens end up going to yeshiva.
Besides. Shluchim aren’t here to make people frum!! They are there to spread awareness and give them and love and give them Jewish pride, and with that they will decide whether or not they’d like to be frum!
The Rebbe said very clearly that the ultimate goal is to get people into Yeshivas. See the igros to the Rabbinical council of America where the Rebbe said at a minimum people should be doing brachas or going to hebrew day schools, but the ultimate goal is Yeshiva.
The Rebbe wants every Yid to be a complete shomer Torah umitzvos and chossid of chabad and mekushar to the Rebbe and fully ready for Moshiach.
He sent out thousands of shluchim to get this done.
How do I know? That’s what the Rebbe said. Go learn.
