Each year, the highlight of the Kinus Mechanchos Chabad is the Gala Chinuch Banquet—an elegant evening of celebration, connection, and Chassidishe inspiration.
This year’s banquet, which will be held on the second day of the 10th Annual Kinus in Stamford, Connecticut (July 15-16, 19-20 Tammuz), promises to be especially memorable.
The evening will feature keynote speaker Mrs. Rivka Kotlarsky, a beloved teacher at Bais Rivkah High School in Crown Heights. Known for her warmth, depth, and clarity, Mrs. Kotlarsky will unpack this year’s theme: “The Blessing of Chinuch.” Drawing from her years in the classroom, she will explore what it means to truly educate in a way that uplifts, transforms, and endures.
Adding to the atmosphere, acclaimed singer Devora Schwartz will offer an acapella performance to entertain and uplift. Her music, known for its soulful energy and meaningful lyrics, has become a staple at many women’s events across the world.
While the Kinus is packed with hands-on workshops, peer-led expos, and track-specific sessions, the Gala Banquet serves as a reminder of the deeper purpose that unites every teacher in the room. It’s a chance to celebrate not just what educators do, but who they are—and the eternal impact they make.
This year marks the 10th annual Kinus Mechanchos Chabad, organized by the Menachem Education Foundation (MEF). Hundreds of Chabad teachers from across the world have gathered for two powerful days of growth, renewal, and support. From leadership development to mental health tools, from practical strategies to emotional well-being, the Kinus provides what they need to return to the classroom reenergized.
