A festive Purim party is being organized in Crown Heights, with l’chaims, music and dancing – all in unity.
The party will feature music and dancing, with a performance by singer Benny Friedman.
The event is being organized by Bais Shmuel Chabad, who are inviting the entire community to join, in honor of the recent tragic deaths of Shluchim, a Shlucha and a young man in Crown Heights.
“After a tragedy, the Rebbe said to increase in joy,” said Rabbi Moshe Pinson, founder of Bais Shmuel. “This Purim, we invite the entire community to unite in simcha, which will hopefully bring about the ultimate simcha of Moshiach now.”
The event will take place Motzei Shabbos, 10:30 pm – 1:00 am at Oholei Torah. All are invited to attend. Free of charge.
looked like fun!!
Please record for those who can’t watch live.
is this for women as well? does a not a crown heightser have to pay? IF yes to whom and how much?
let this be the last thing that will tip the scale to bring moshiach NOW!!!!!
may we never hear of tragedies again
Thank you Moshe Pinson and the members of bais shmuel for so generously sharing this event with the community. The community needs to be able to celebrate purim b’simcha in achdus! we need to support each other in this terrible time and give each other strength. The rebbe very much encouraged being b’simcha in times of tragedy and to make good hachlotas and not sit around and mope. Lets all take example from this display of unity and do our share to help bring moshiach. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
Dear Moshe Pinson, and others involved…’Todah Raabah!’ Great idea! ‘A true ‘chossid’ of ‘The Rebbe Melech HaMoshiach!’
