The levaya of Mrs. Nechama Lazar, a longtime resident of Crown Heights and mother of a Lubavitch family, who passed away at the age of 84, was held on Wednesday.
She is survived by her husband, R’ Yisroel Chaim Lazar and children, Yosef Yehuda Lazar – Palmdale, CA, Esther Raitport – Crown Heights, Avrohom Baruch Lazar – Coral Springs, Florida, Levi Lazar – Pomona, NY, Dini Lazar – Crown Heights and Moshe Lazar – Pomona, NY, and grandchildren.
She is also survived by her sister Fruma Junik of Crown Heights.
She was predeceased by her brothers R’ Hillel Pevzner, R’ Itche Pevzner and Mrs. Yehudis Raksin.

She was such a sweet and beautiful person, she used to sit in the same area as me in Shul and was such special person, it was so nice how she cared about her sister Fruma! We are loosing such a special generation!
