It’s time for some mother-daughter learning and bonding. It’s time again for Imos Ubanos. Expanding the circle, from the Women’s Circle.
The second Imos Ubanos study session will be this Wednesday from 8-9 p.m. The popular offering, its first iteration was before Rosh Hashana, welcomes mothers and daughters for individualized learning. Study materials are provided and pairs choose the topic and level that appeals to them. Then they can find a cozy corner, enjoy some refreshments, and learn about the parsha and Chof Cheshvan.
This month, Imos Ubanos moves to the beautiful newly-designed Kahal Chassidim, located at the corner of Carroll and Schenectady.
Despite its name, Imos Ubanos is not only for mother and daughter pairs. Aunts, friends, grandmothers, and neighbors are all invited to come learn with a special girl.
