Launching Rebbe’s Kapitel Contest

Chabad of Malibu together with COLlive has launched an exciting contest to encourage children to learn the Rebbe’s new Kapitel.

This year, to mark the Rebbe’s 117th birthday, Chassidim will begin saying Kapitel 118 – Kuf Yud Ches.

Studies have shown that with the help of a mnemonic device, it is easier to learn information by heart.

This year, the Niggun is sung by 12-year-old Shmulie Cunin of Malibu, CA.

In honor of the Rebbe’s birthday, a special contest is being launched today.

To enter, boys and girls under Bar and Bas Mitzvah should email a video of themselves singing the Rebbe’s Kapitel by heart.

All entries will be entered into a raffle for a choice of two tickets to New York to the Rebbe. (Or $770 gift card)

All entries will receive a prize.

Contest runs until Lag B’Omer.
