As Jews around the world prepare themselves for the high holidays, both physically and spiritually, the congregants of Anshei Lubavitch in Crown Heights gathered together in an evening of unity, inspiration and song.
Anshei Lubavitch is currently running a fundraiser to help them purchase the adjacent property, as they literally are bursting at the seams.
The evening was comprised of a lively Kumzitz led by congregant Benny Friedman, and was live streamed online where thousands more tuned in to hear beautiful songs from the upcoming high holiday nusach, as well as divrei chizuk from other congregants, who took the opportunity to speak of all the various programs Anshei Lubavitch spearheads for its community, and indeed, the entire Crown Heights.
