The Lasker family dedicated a new Torah on Monday in Crown Heights, in memory of Yehoshua Mordechai a”h ben Benzion sheyichye and Shimon ben Eliyahu Lasker a”h.
The event took place on Monday, 15 Elul, the day of the founding of Tomchei Temimim.
The writing of the final letters took place at the Lasker home, followed by a procession to 770 and Hakafos.
A Seudas Mitzvah will take place on Shabbos Parshas Ki Savo, at Beis Menachem Mendel Lubavitch in Pomona, NY, to welcome the Torah where it will remain.
