A large crowd of family and friends joined the Kramer family on Sunday as they dedicated a new Torah in honor of their parents, Rabbi Yitzchok Michel and Chaya Rivkah Kramer of Crown Heights.
The Torah was completed at the Kramer’s home on Montgomery Street, and the Torah was led with singing and dancing to 770 Eastern Parkway.
