A suspect was arrested early Friday morning after he vandalized a car in Crown Heights.
The incident occurred near Eastern Parkway and Kingston Ave at approximately 2:00AM when he intentionally damaged the hood of a car by jumping on it.
Shmira and the NYPD apprehended him and he was subsequently arrested.
This same perpetrator has committed multiple crimes while residing in Crown Heights. Over a year ago, he was arrested for a knifepoint robbery and sentenced to several months in jail. Despite this, he returned to the area and was recently arrested again for an attempted robbery, with assistance from Shmira in facilitating his arrest a few weeks ago.
Please remain alert and avoid contact with this individual, especially when he is collecting money for questionable causes.
