A crowd of bochurim and Chassidim gathered this past Wednesday for a Kinus Torah in the main shul of 770 Eastern Parkway in Crown Heights.
The focus of this learning event was the exploration of the times of Moshiach during the final redemption, as the Rebbe instructed to study.
Speakers included:
Rabbi Sholom Dovid Geisinsky, Rosh Yeshiva at Yeshivas Tomchei Tmimim Queens, about the counting of Sefiras Haomer that will be continued following the redemption.
Bochur Menachem Mendel Rosenbloom about the Mitzvos that will not be practiced in the future.
Bochur Menachem Mendel Rosenblatt about understanding points said by the Rebbe in Sichos about Moshiach.
Bochur Menachem Mendel Schwartz about the taming of wild animals during the redemption according to the Rambam.
It was the hope of participants that the study of these topics in preparation of the redemption will hasten the coming of Moshiach speedily in our times.
