The Vaad Hakinus has worked tirelessly to create a program that will provide the Shluchos the strength and encouragement to face this year’s unique complexities.
Thousands of Shluchos have logged on from laptops, desktops, phones, tablets and any other devices, and connected with the message that was chosen as the Kinus theme: L’Chatchila Ariber – Overcoming and climbing over all obstacles.
Workshops will include “Bikur Cholim (visiting the sick) During COVID and Beyond” and “The Rollercoaster Ride of Operating Friendship Circle During the Pandemic.”
The Kinus will culminate in a “Grand Event” to be broadcast live on Chabad.org and on COLlive.com that will stand in for the annual Grand Banquet. The keynote speaker will be Chaya Chitrik, co-director of Chabad of Turkey, who will talk about the unexpected opportunities she and her husband, Rabbi Mendy Chtrik, have had running a Chabad House in a Muslim-majority nation.
