The program includes Torah, Tefilla and Tzedaka, a story, and a video of the Rebbe as well.
The rally is hosted by Myshliach and Merkos 302.
Children can record themselves saying the 12 Pesukim and Kapitel Chof and get to be featured at the Rally.
