After spending many months on a long project, developing writing, reading, and history skills, the sixth grade English class at United Lubavitcher Yeshiva held a pizza party to celebrate their achievements.
Thursday marked the last day of English studies before Pesach, and the boys deserved a party.
Since the end of Chanuka, the boys have covered American history from Columbus to the end of the American Revolution. The boys had to read through many different materials, write different essays, and watch documentaries while learning how to take notes.
On Wednesday a final test was held with over 40 very difficult multiple choice questions. Every student in the class passed the test with very good scores.
The boys were very thrilled to have learned so much, and look forward to continuing the great accomplishments after Pesach.
