can you please just put a summary in text

Holistic Doctor?
April 22, 2020 3:34 pm

Alternative medicine is any medical treatment that is not part of conventional evidence-based medicine, such as one would learn in medical school, nursing school or even paramedic training. Much, if not most, of the “alternative medicine” world lacks any scientific proof of its effectiveness, and that which does have real effectiveness, tends to be palliative[note 1] rather than curative. Any alternative medicine with scientific evidence behind it is simply called medicine.

The term “alternative medicine” is also a politically correct term for medical marijuana.

Thats misleading.

Holisitic medicine is in line with Rambams approach to health and more importantly the Rebbe strongly advocated for it as the ideal route of refuah.
It means not just treating symptoms with a drug thay will have side effects and only masks the problem.
You probably know that from one of the prescription drugs you take 😉
Thankfully I now take none because I have taken a holistic approach to health.
Its really not so controversial. Its sensible.

Always best to go natural and give our wondrous body mechanics first chance. Believing in your machine also counts.
There’s much research on the biology of belief.
Now I’m thinking how this relates to Moshiach. 🤔

Deciding something cures or avoids an illness and then labeling it as conventional or holistic or alternative are all names and labels and meaningless unless the talker and listener know what each other means by using the words. Ultimately, it doesn’t matter what something is called. It either avoids or cures the illness for the person, or not. And the only way to know is by proving it. Avoiding illness cannot be proven. Curing an illness can only be proven by that every person who has the illness who takes the “cure” is cured.

Failure to listen to doctors is why we have such a big problem with covid-19 in the first place.

There are ikrei, foundational and essential parts of Torah, like Ahavta lReiacha Kamocha and defending Torah chinuch. These were always the ikar. Then, one is to find a professional doctor. This does not rule out natural wellness and even the Rebbe and Reb Moshe discussed natural healing and concluded then that conventional medicine had more research in it. When all are tripping over themselves to second government agencies, which is better becomes questionable. Those are the two sides in a nutshell. But what there can be no question on is that the ikrim of Torah precede the allowances of Torah.… Read more »

So your telling me that the conventional medicine works 100% and has No damaging side affects, wake up to reality.
The mandatory vaccines have tremendous side affects on children with no safety studies, look at the vaccine bottle itself, read the side effects.
Wake up.

There are many natural ingredients that can be downright harmful for individuals. (Certain essential oils can be toxic and cause adverse reactions in some people.) PLEASE run holistic approaches by your doctor, as they can at least assure you that the approach is not harmful and does not interact with any other product or medication that you are taking.
