The largest Jewish retreat of its kind in the United States will be held this summer in Washington, DC, not far from Capitol Hill, the White House, the National Zoo, and many popular museums and other DC attractions.
The Rohr Jewish Learning Institute (JLI) announced Sunday that it will be hosting its tenth annual National Jewish Retreat at the luxurious Omni Shoreham Hotel, a landmark resort overlooking Rock Creek National Park, that has played host to many presidents, world leaders, and inaugural balls.
To celebrate the National Jewish Retreat’s tenth year, JLI has planned ten one-of-a-kind mega events to be held at this year’s Retreat that will be unveiled in the upcoming weeks and months.
Set for August 11-16, 2015 (26 Av-1 Elul 5775), the retreat offers five days of learning and discovery with master Torah teachers, allowing participants to explore new ideas and expand horizons in an open and embracing environment.
