It is in times of crisis when humanity and kindness must always shine through.
The devastation caused by the recent earthquake in Turkiye continues to shock the world, with the death toll continuing to rise, and hundreds of thousands of people in dire need of the very basics!
In the aftermath of the earthquake, the Turkish government has declared a state of emergency and has deployed rescue teams, medical personnel, and supplies to the affected area. However, the magnitude of the disaster has overwhelmed local authorities, and they urgently need support from the international community to help those affected by the earthquake.
In these times of crisis, it is important for us to come together and support our fellow human beings in need.
The Global Jewish Assistance & Relief Network together with the support and blessings from so many Jewish communities around the world, have set up an emergency campaign to raise lifesaving funds for the thousands of men, women and children in harm’s way, and will be deploying volunteers to the region, armed with food, medicine, as well as medical staff and search and rescue personnel.
Every little bit helps, and your support will go a long way in helping the tens of thousands of people affected by the earthquake in Turkey. Let us show our support and stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in need.
Am Yisroel is a nation of Gomlei Chasodim, and its time to unite for our fellow human beings!
