In response to the attack on the Chanukah party in Monsey, NY, last night, Jews of all types will be joining in a display of solidarity on Sunday evening.
Jews from all different types of congregations will be gathering at the lighting of Brooklyn’s largest menorah, at Grand army plaza in Brooklyn, tonight at 5:30 pm.
Mayor Bill de Blasio will also be participating
The community is encouraged to participate in a demonstration of Jewish unity, Rabbi Eli Cohen of the CHJCC said.
Very nice to show solidarity.
Next year, same thing again, probably.
