A Jewish woman entering a store in Crown Heights was slapped in an unprovoked attack on Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred at approximately 3:30 pm near Franklin Ave and Eastern Parkway when a group of three black teens approached her and one of the individuals slapped her.
The three then fled, laughing, the victim said.
Shmira volunteers were called and quickly arrived and dealt with the situation.

Hello mayor, council rep, everyone else on tax payers’ payroll – are you aware of what teens in Crown Heights do when they come out of school? Shooting up Dr. Ronald Macdonald park, bringing guns to school, shooting up guns in front of residential buildings off Franklin Ave, and apparently engaging in ugly, mysoginist hate crimes….It’s a dire cry for help.

ENOUGH! By keeping these constant, very ugly hate crimes a nice little secret we are enabling the criminals. Only one news station, fox, occasionally publicizes a fraction of what goes on here. Please get this truth out there in a way they can’t ignore: that the ones being coddled and catered to and being allowed to act like animals right here in NYC, are the ones committing every single hate crime that is occurring in our wonderful neighborhood, often on a daily basis, and largely going unpunished (for reasons that I can’t fathom).
Do you think getting off scot-free is going to deter them from doing something worse tomorrow? Arrest them, book them and let it be as public as possible to show the other thousands of criminals exactly what THEY can expect.

When I was in OT and not in school there was this kid that hit a classmate on a regular basis we (the other classmates) hit him in a way that he never thought to hit again….
