There’s got to be rules in this competition. There’s nothing in this guy’s audition besides the music and filters to make his voice sound better.
Is that what this competition is about? Whose studio recording is better? What if a guy doesn’t have money to compete with this level of professionalism?

Ebm is too low a key for this song to shine. Fm would have been preferable, or even Gm – highest note being E (touching F), doable for most able bodied singers.
