A visibly Jewish cyclist was attacked and robbed by a group of teenagers in Prospect Park on Monday afternoon.
At approximately 6:00 PM, the victim was riding his bike when teenagers blocked the bike lane with sticks. After he went around them, the group attacked him, leaving him semi-conscious and severely bruised before stealing his bike. The victim is feeling better at the moment.
Crown Heights Shmira and the NYPD responded and searched for the suspects.

Cameras are useless when their is no significant consequences for committing violent crimes.
All it does is record the violence.
If ‘children’ are old enough to commit such violent harm on an adult male then they should be charged as adults and locked away. Otherwise they will grow up to be the next generation murderers.
NY’s youth now goes out entirely incognito as even a fashion. We need lights and a heavy police presence in the park or else we need to decide that the bad days are upon and refrain from doing these activities there.

The answer to Law and Law Enforcement is Government.
Guns are a solution for Progrom r’l and as an option of last resort but it will never obviate robust law enforcement.
