Israeli President Reuven Rivlin received an Esrog grown in the Israeli village Kfar Chabad, along with a set of Arba Minim.
They were presented by Rabbi Meir Zeiler, a friend of the President, together with R’ Zalman Wolf, who explained to the president the meaning of the four kinds that symbolize unity within all of the people of Israel.
The two wished him a happy holiday on behalf of all of Chabad in Israel and around the world.
The President thanked the delegation and remarked that he would not only bless on the Arba Minim, but they would also be available to the public in the “open Sukkah” event that will be held at the president’s house during Chol Hamoed.
The President concluded the meeting with sending greetings of “Chag Sameach” to all of Chabad, and to all the Shluchim in particular.
