I know this might open a can of worms -but when it comes to schools the Rebbe responded on many occasions that people should choose a Chabad school specifically. I wonder if there is a similar idea when it comes to a shul. I’m aware that the Rebbe encouraged people to choose a home close to a chassidishe shul – does that mean Chabad specifically? not sure.
