Definitely A honor to the Moshe he was named after and the family

That built the community of Rosh Pina. I will never forget our visit there for Rosh HaSHana when Rabbi Berkovitz and the meharvim of Moshe’s father told us the Story of Rosh Pina. May his grand parents and all of the Jewish COmmunity continue to have nachas from him

To #5. Anyone born in the USA is a citizen regardless of the status of their parents. Other countries, as you stated, have more restrictions.

Not every country has on their laws that a child born there is automatically a citizen.
Even in the US, that law is only if the parents are there legally, which makes the children of illegal aliens, aliens themselves, but somehow no one takes the time to read the constitution and just grant them citizenship regardless.
