Crown Heights Shomrim has released an alert notifying the community of multiple reports of a man indecently exposing himself to young children in Crown Heights.
The latest report came from East New York Avenue and Brooklyn Avenue at approximately 8:45 am, where a man driving a black Ford Escape called over a young girl and indecently exposed himself.
An earlier report with the same description took place on Lefferts Avenue and Albany Avenue at approximately 8:30 am.

Just tell your children NOT to go near to ANY car if called over – no matter who is driving !! Tell your children to walk straight to the closest adult . It’s much more important to be safe than to be “ polite” .

Obviously this doesn’t mean the child should walk over to be closer to the driver – it means walk AWAY from the car & driver immediately . It means to tell your child to turn away and report the driver to a responsible adult ASAP
Ridiculous that this state of ‘political correctness’ overrides the safety of children in order to protect the criminal. I would have thought we were above those games.
