Then you can expect (more) crime in CH. Pretty simple. The city decided to endanger the Jewish community of Crown Heights and they should be held responsible for the damage they inflicted in so doing.
Yes the City (and city funded) placed a few dangerous homeless shelters in CH (specifically in South CH) Which if there is anything that can be done to get them moved away, the “Askonim” should try their best to get them moved. As well 2 very large (800 rooms…) Shelters for the “Ex cons” being building next year by Albany/Clarkson, we need to stop this ASAP. But there are also local Chabad niks of CH that Rent property’s to homeless shelters & regular buildings but putting in homeless shelter residents, That is something we can fix, if they are willing… Read more »
More correctly defined as Drug Houses. These addicted people are psychopathic and a danger to themselves and, more importantly, to the public. They are often aggressive and out of control. We now see them loitering near the schools and in our grocery stores. NYS has done nothing for them except to provide them with free housing and make it easier for them to indulge their habit.
You voted for this !!!! And this what you get ??? Elections have consequences!!! Remember that!!!!
We didn’t ‘vote for this’. Crown Heights doesn’t have a large enough community to sway the elections to conservative even if there was a likely candidate that could realistically get in. That’s why we can’t get council members like they have in Boro Park and Flatbush. Using multiple question marks and exclamation points doesn’t make your unhelpful comment any less ignorant.
Anyone have any ideas who (preferably a Yid) installs Bars on windows?
I think it’s time Crown Heights organizes a campaign (possibly a little subsidized if possible) to get bars by all Home Basement Windows (and 1st floor windows like this video)
That all Yidden should install bars by the home windows that are accessible.
