A large crowd has converged on the Ohel today, in honor of the auspicious day of Lag B’Omer in which the Rebbe emphasized the special significance.
This year the largest-ever Lag B’Omer crowd is due to a special project to provide round trip Coach bus rides throughout the day, organized by Menachem Benchemon and Bais Shmuel Chabad.
Due to the overwhelming success of the project, an additional 6 shuttle buses have been added, to accommodate the large crowds.
The air-conditioned coach buses are making round-trips from 770 going to the Ohel and back, every half hour throughout the day of Lag B’omer for the entire Crown Heights community: Men, women and children.
The cost for a round-trip ride is a $2.00 nominal fee.
All who participate will receive:
• Cold bottle of water
• Chayenu Booklet
• Reisman’s brownie bar
• Viewing of a special Lag B’omer video presentation.
This project has been made possible through the generous funding of Yossi & Nechama Dina Katz & Family.
