I taught for a short period at a local Yeshiva (8th grade). The parents made it very for difficult for me to do my job. The principle was always under pressure from one parent or another.

Parents need to support the teacher.

this advise will make a huge necessary improvement for kids in the classroom. It seems clear to me that it contained valuable tips for teachers to handle parents in a positive way making them feel understood and encouraging them to work together for the benefit of the child. Hope teachers will take this to heart and will see greater success with challenging students. Huge shout out to Dr. Waronker, we are blessed to have him in our community.
