I was at Miki’s levaya. Together with my neighbors we sang, and said tehillim. Yes, we have achdus – because life is so short and precious. Too busy with more important things than to be looking each other up and down and judging who is tzanua or if a hat and jacket constitutes one being frum. Although the “world” calls us “settlers”, we don’t settle – we strive to make life meaningful. We truly care and feel for each other and are proud of each other’s accomplishments.
