Levi, who grew up on Shlichus in the Netherlands, learned in Bais Menachem – Youth Development Program in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. He was beloved by his many friends.
He is survived by his parents Rabbi Aryeh Leib and Bracha Heintz of Utrecht, Netherlands, and siblings: Chaya Musia Baruch, Shterna Zhelezniak, Chana Heintz, Elisheva Heintz, Rina Aidel Steinberg, Shneour Zalman Heintz, Yosef Mendel Heintz, Moshe Tzvi Heintz, Devora Lea Heintz and Sholom Dovber Heintz.
