I love the content and writing style of this post.

As to the question who says kaddish – perhaps many people do. You just don’t know them. And it’s kinda apropos that whoever does say kaddish does so without fanfare and that you or anyone else doesn’t know. That was the Rebbetzin’s style too – quiet, unseen. So, no, the question may not exist, let alone remain for “each and every one of us” so, I’d tweak your message a bit, to that whoever may say kaddish and does not yet for the Rebbetzin, might perhaps consider doing so

The article is written beautifully, yet doesn’t answer the question.
I believe Rabbi Yehuda Krinsky davens by the amud and says Kaddish for the Rebbetzin on 22 Shvat.
