Healing a hurt nation, but not a broken one.
Headquartered in the southern city of Ashkelon, Vesamachta is an organization committed to kindness and caring for others.
Based out of the Barzilai hospital, only 3 short miles from the Gaza border, the last five days have been nothing short of a horror story.
“Thousands of injured, their families, friends and loved ones, as far as the eye could see” recalls Mrs S, a volunteer.
“They were the walking dead, zombies, simply shocked to their core.”
They needed food
They needed water
They needed medicine
They needed shelter
They needed emergency medical transport.
They needed Vesamachta.
We are 5 days in, and the overwhelming feeling is that tragically, the worst is yet to come! We need help! We cannot turn them away, and we cannot care for them without your support!
Scores of people from different walks of life across Israel, including many within the Chabad community have been helped by them in many ways.
Even under heavy rocket fire, the volunteers of Vesamachta have been in the hospital for 20+ hours a day, rushing from room to room, delegating, arranging, feeding, clothing and caring for thousands.
Their own ambulance has been in operation non stop, as the injured people of Israel seek help and shelter.
This campaign is vital, and quite literally, lives are at stake!
Donate generously to the incredible Vesamachta so they can expand their reach and help as many people as possible!
