After two years of phenomenal success, Halikut is being launched by Vaad Hatmimim for its third consecutive year.
A unique program for Bochurim in Shiur Gimmel mesivtas and Zals, Halikut has seen hundreds of bochurim learning and memorizing a full volume of Likkutei Sichos.
Revolutionary in its effectiveness on bochurim’s learning, each bochur takes three general tests which then qualify him to attend the Halikut Siyum, where the grand test is taken on all the Sichos at once. This in effect requires the Bochurim to review the Sichos many times so that they remember all the details of the entire sefer.
For its launch this year, a promo video was shown in participating yeshivas featuring talmidim hashluchim who themselves passed the Halikut test when they were in zal. The impact Halikut had on them will only grow stronger on those participating this year and for the years to come.
New for this year, a set of Sichos Kodesh will be gifted to those passing the full sefer for their third year, thereby providing an additional incentive for bochurim to complete the program all three years.
Registration for Halikut will be the 24 hours of Vov Tishrei (Wednesday night – Thursday night).
