A grand Hakhel Lag B'Omer Parade took place in front of 770 – at Yeshivas Lubavitch of Baltimore, that is.
The grand event was held at the replica 770 building being built for the Baltimore Yeshiva, and included the 12 Pesukim, hearing a Sicha of the Rebbe from the Hakhel year 5727, Cheder Marching Band, creative floats by Mesivta and Zal Yeshivas, and an exciting BMX bike show.
The MC for the parade was Rabbi Elchonon Chaikin, Director of Development at Cheder Chabad of Baltimore.
Schools in attendance included Cheder Chabad of Baltimore boys and girls, Gan Preschool of Columbia, Darchei Noam of Baltimore, Mesivta of Baltimore, and Zal of Baltimore.
The parade was arranged by the bochurim of Yeshivas Lubavitch Baltimore. Coordinators: Ber Baron and Dovi Rodal, floats by Meir Grossbaum, Mendel Markel, Eli Rabin, Yehuda Zaltzman, Mendel Zaltzman, and Mendel Korik. Special thank you to Sholom Ber Gurary for all his help.
