Rabbi Yoseph Zaltzman, Senior Shliach of the Jewish Russian Community Center of Ontario in Toronto, was a guest speaker of Chabad in London.
His speaking tour marked the fifth yartzeit of Rabbi Nachman Sudak OBM, Head Shliach of England and director of Chabad’s operations in the United Kingdom.
Rabbi Zaltzman visited Chabad’s educational institutions in London and told students about his childhood experiences learning Torah in the Soviet Union.
While leading a farbrengen in the shuls, Rabbi Zaltzman was accompanied by Rabbi Shmuel Lew, veteran Shliach in London, and Rabbi Levi Raskin, Dayan of Lubavitch in England.
