This Sukkos many Crown Heights families participated in visiting over one hundred locations throughout NYC, to share the happiness of Sukkos and offer the Yidden to Bentch Lulav and Esrog.
The locations included Senior Centers, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, and Private Homes throughout the city, with many families visiting the same places they have visited in the past, continuing to develop their relationship with the Yidden there.
Tzali Laufer, of the Lubavitch Youth Organization says that “many families look forward to going on Mivtzah Lulav as one of their regular chol Hamoed family trips. It is a chance to spend time with the family and do the Rebbe’s Mivtzoim at the same time!”
go fridmans!!!!!
Beautiful tzally! Wishing you lots of hatzlacha!
this is true nachas for the rebbe!!!!
BH it’s not only official (and unofficial) shluchim who are doing shlichus!!
What a wonderful experience this was for our family! R’ Laufer you get the credit for organizing this mivtzoim. These people kvell when they see sincere kinderlach …we sang their favorite two songs..havanagila and haveinu shalom ..we had a choir from the audience joining us! Parents get involved – This Mivtzoim gave our Yom Tov meaning – and the kids were on a roll after that out with their lulav and esrog wherever we were..bus stops, out of town small shopping and even on the fun outings we took them on the next two days!
we appreciate so much arranging for our family to visit seniors and do the mitzva with them. We all enjoyed the mivtzoim
