Sholem Goldstein, son of Poway Shliach Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein, is planning to create a song honoring the victims of the shooting at Chabad of Poway on the last day of Pesach.
Here’s his campaign pitch:
My name is Shalom Goldstein. My father is Rabbi Yisroel Goldstein of Chabad Of Poway. I am a singer and felt I need to write a SONG for POWAY to express the story that happened this past Passover. A song that will strengthen us and empower us. A song that will express my Fathers message to the world that he so beautifully gave over to us!
I already started this project!
I hired an amazing professional composer to compose the tune and he will be working together with an amazing professional to create the perfect words for the SONG!
After the SONG is complete we will be hiring an extremely professional arranger to arrange all the music and all the musicians and studio work!
For all of this we will need lots of your help!
Our plan is to have this SONG ready for the world to hear as soon as possible!
Your help can make this SONG CHANGE the world!
THANK YOU SO SO MUCH!
May I suggest you have a song contest and the winner will have their song recorded professionally with professional musicians.
