The Smicha program is coordinated by Rabbi B. Gurary, who assisted the bochurim througout the year to make this possible, giving shiurim and lessons.
The smicha test took place in the Beis Chabad of Golden Beach under teh leadership of Shliach Rabbi Chai Amar.
