Leading rabbonim, roshei yeshiva and mashpiim are participating in an annual gathering that was deeply cherished by the Rebbe.
The Global Yarchei Kallah has opened on Thursday at Camp Gan Israel in Parksville, New York, with a marathon of shiurim and discussions in all areas of Torah, halacha and Chassidus.
This is the 50th such summit that honors Chof Av, yartzeit of the Rebbe’s father, Harav Levi Yitzchok Schneerson, of blessed memory. He was a gaon known for his self-sacrifice under the Communist regime.
The Rebbe said that the Yarchei Kallah was part of his personal fulfillment of honoring his father during his lifetime and even after his passing. Over the years, the Rebbe encouraged Chassidim to participate in its Melave Malka.

Rabbi Yekusiel Feldman, Maggid Shiur and Mashpia at the Central 770 Yeshiva and Oholei Torah in Crown Heights.
The session is emceed by Rabbi Eliezer Shemtov, Head Shliach of Uruguay.

The wider public is welcome to participate in the Melave Malka this Motzoei Shabbos Parshas Ekev, on the day of the 80th yartzeit of the Rebbe’s father.
