Today, girls of all ages are encouraged to grab their tambourines and join CHYeshiva’s special program, “Singing and Dancing Our Way to the Geulah!”
In this program, Chaviva Tarlow will lead the girls in Niggunim with her guitar, and Sara Schwartz of ReJewvinate dance will have them moving along with their tambourines towards the Geulah.
The Rebbe taught us about the power of Jewish women and girls that we learn especially from Miriam Hanevia, who led the women in song and dance at the Yam Suf. Let’s follow her lead and tap into the power of women and music to bring Moshiach!
Last week’s Sunday program featured Mrs. Malka Touger giving a virtual tour of Pesach in the Bais Hamikdash. Over 600 families were logged in, and 60 children entered the Bais Hamikdash contest, sharing writing and artwork reflecting what they learned.
The winners of the Bais Hamikdash contest are Sima Shur, of Bais Rivka pre1A, winning a Bais Hamikdash puzzle, and Nechama Gubnitsky, 9th grader in Chabad Girls’ Academy, winning a wooden Bais Hamikdash model kit.
This week, girls of all ages are welcome to enter another contest, and submit videos of an original dance to their favorite Niggun, to [email protected]. Raffle winners will receive their very own Niggunim CDs!
We look forward to singing and dancing together, all over the world, and greeting Moshiach with the power of Jewish women!
