In less than one year the Chitrik Academy has changed the way Gemara and Mishnayos are being learned. With over 80 videos, it has gathered an audience from over 60 countries around the world.
Parents, teachers, principals, homeschoolers and students love the simple, easy to follow classes on the topics learned in elementary school.
Using the Khan Academy model, the lessons are given on a black board, and use lots of images and color to capture the audience’s attention. Because they are recorded videos, the user can pause, rewind and learn at their own pace, wherever they please.
With the easy-to-use website and YouTube page, students can learn, study or prepare for their next lesson.
The Chitrik Academy was created by the Chitrik family in memory of Rabbi Tzvi Hirsh Chitrik, and is free to use.
Great work Yitzchok!!!
The Mishnayos Videos can be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLkbdWXdM3uluv3smKUk9KN6-JxLU9GZ9h
the mishnayos section is only on the youtube channel not on the website.

I am not sure if this was done intentionally or not, but the black background with the brighter foreground causes much less visual fatigue. This is even more important to people who have visual impairments. Thanks so much for doing it this way!
I use it almost every day

Not every parent wants to give their child access to u-tube.
It would be wonderful if this program could be a part of
Chabad.org, or somewhere else where it is safe for children to go.
Amazing Job!
May you continue to grow and help people learn all over the world!
