Dear Friends,
Thank you for taking the time to read this urgent message.
Last week, a fire broke out in the city of Tzfat/Safed. The dry weather conditions caused the flames to turn into a fiery inferno that within minutes had spread to adjacent homes. I watched as firefighters quickly responded and worked tirelessly to stop the blaze.
But the flames showed no mercy. They burned whatever little people had–their furniture, their clothing, their cherished belongings.
The fire wreaked damage on many homes leaving 40 families displaced. Currently, ten families are still without a roof over their head!
The families affected by this tragedy were already facing financial challenges. Now, their situation has intensified.
We at Kollel Chabad Tzfat have taken it upon ourselves to do everything we can to help, support and assist these families so they can get back on their feet and get back on track.
But we cannot do it alone. And so we call on you, our fellow Jews around the world, to help us help these families.
Please join us in this mitzvah!

The Pushka MOST Chabadnikim give to on Erev Shabbos, as per the Rebbe’s Directive.
If everyone would go to their Pushka, and give even a portion of what’s in there. It would be VERY HELPFUL.
Today rabba to all the firefighters and responders. May the victims have emotional healing and parnassah. This trragedyshould be a kapparah. May this area will be rebuilt even larger and stronger.
I just cannot imagine the pain and suffering of our fellow lubavitcher brothers! I feel for them!
May we have an end to all our tzoris in golus. Moshiach Now!!
Is something we say for ourselves not for others! When others are in pain we say “why Hashem”. There are stories of the Rabbeim with this point.
Does Fire Insurance exist in Tzfas, Isreal, if yes then BE”H with the money the pay every month they should be able to get a new house, that’s what insurance is for,
It is all in Hashem’s hands so obviously this is what is meant to be. No point in eulogizing and all. But we should really start a fund for all of these homeless families.
wow Im Yisroel have no fare Moshaich will be here this year we want Moshaich now we dont want to wait

Listening to the video yesterday I thought I understood this is a Chabad building or area from Hebrew speaking commenter. My heart is with you and hopes you rebuild bigger and even better……
Do people buy homeowners insurance in Israel ? Just awful …
receipts will be sent from Ezras Yisrael (colel chabad)
Did they determine the cause of the fire?
Is the donations tax deductible? (Run through Kollel Chabad, USA)?
