On the 29th of Adar I, the pure and holy neshama of Genia Morosow returned to her Creator, leaving behind a shattered family.
A loving and caring mother to her two precious children, Chony and Chana, and devoted wife to her husband Mendel, Genia was more than just a friend to all.
Those who knew her felt a special connection – she rejoiced in their Simchas and shared the pain of their sorrows. The extraordinary bitachon she had when waiting twenty-four years for her own children to be born is a testament to the person Genia was.
Genia had an open home, and was a true Eishes chayil. She quietly and modestly gave of herself to help many people in need.
It is impossible to believe that Genia, someone so full of life, love and laughter is no longer with us. Now it is up to us step up and ensure that her beloved family will be cared for and to give them the financial security they so deserve. We ask our extended community to open their hearts to help this family in their time of utmost need.
Family members have generously pledged to match $100,000, dollar for dollar, to help the Morosow family.
