Our Virtual Spring Camp, taking place from April 6th to April 8th, is designed for children, teens, and adults with special needs, offering the perfect mix of crafts, games, laughter, and meaningful friendships — all while gearing up for Pesach together!
Before we get into Spring Camp, there’s someone I’d like to introduce you to.
Her name is Leah.
Leah logs into many virtual programs, but davening? She’ll never miss it. Leah doesn’t speak very clearly, but during davening, we know exactly what she means. Leah doesn’t move around much, but she won’t miss a single motion to the davening songs.
Leah smiles ear to ear, flailing her arms in delight — she knows the motions well enough to teach the class!
And nothing gives her more joy.
At the Daniella Moffson Friendship Circle Online, we pride ourselves on bringing the joy of friendship to spaces that might otherwise be devoid of it, as well as to people who can always use a little more.
With around 5 hours of programming a day, ranging from tefillah and Jewish holidays to yoga, crafts, and games, we get to be a part of spreading friendship to every nook and cranny of the world.
“I’ve never seen a more interactive Zoom!” were the words that came out of my mouth after joining my first FCO Zoom. Since then, I’ve heard those same words, almost verbatim, from the many volunteers and instructors who have joined us along the way.
True friendship radiates through screens and across mountains and seas. True friendship spreads through many time zones. It holds strong through weather and sick days. True friendship is there for you, wherever you are.
We get to see the impact of the online Friendship Circle community every day. We believe that there are so many more who are just waiting to experience it.
