Jewish music star Avraham Fried teamed up with the Toys for Hospitalized Children organization to uplift Chana, a 14-year-old Lubavitch girl who is diagnosed with a brain tumor.
Fried, Mekimi entertainers, and a keyboard musician volunteered their time and talent to bring joy to Chana and her family.
Mrs. Baila Hecht together with volunteers gifted Chana an iPad and crafts to keep her mind occupied during these difficult times. “Chana is the most special, sweet girl,” shared Hecht. “And Avraham Fried was extraordinary. He’s a real superstar with a golden heart.”
JJ Hecht II, who directs Toys for Hospitalized Children, said: “Sweet Chana is just 14 years old and battling a terrible illness, we were able to bring some Simcha into her life. At Toys for Hospitalized Children, we bring happiness and healing to precious angels just like Chana.”
“We wish Chana bas Nechama Dina a speedy recovery and may Hashem bless her and her family with health and happiness,” he said.
