I TOTALLY DISAGREE 90% of the time.
I fly a lot especially overseas & most kosher meals are an embarrassment. THE ROLLS ARE HARD AS A ROCK. THE FRUIT DESSERT IS FROZEN SOLID & THE MAIN COURSE IS SMALL & VERY UNINVITING. ESPECIALLY IN BUSINESS CLASS. I DROOL WHEN I SEE WHAT MY FELLOW NON KOSHER PASSENGERS ARE BEING SERVED ON FINE CHINA WARE WITH REAL CUTLERY & MANY CHOICES & FOOD THAT LOOKS GREAT.
I DON’T KNOW WHAT PLANET THIS GUY IS FLYING ON BUT I’M NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

First of all, no need to shout (ALL CAPS equals shouting). Second, “on fine china ware with real cutlery”? Have you time-traveled from the 1950s?

1 very good. you are supposed to say "i want trayf' but Hashem doesnt let."

You may have a point re hard rolls and frozen fruits, however that is not the meal provider, that is down to carelessness of the particular airline staff who do not remove from freezer and properly or adequately defrost.
I too frequently travel and have found that the best kosher airline meal provider is Hermolis (departing from the UK).
In this instance, “don’t shoot the ‘messenger” does not apply.

If non jews are ordering kosher meals, does that mean there aren’t enough meals for the jewish flyers?
Mr business class, i think the guy flies coach like most people. Unfortunately, however much you pay for your seat, the kosher meals appear to be the same across the board.

Second that – Hermolis are excellent (and high quality kashrus as well)
I once flew Air France – I was excited to get a kosher meal thinking French cuisine is always impressive – it was a can of sardines and some crackers….

You have to be very careful if you fly on an airline that does not serve peanuts, nut free. or they say the flight is nut free. Check your kosher meal. As we flew to Australia and they came to us and said everything on flight is peanut free. Made sure we were ok, they were so concerned that we had an epi pen. True the flight was except for all the kosher meals that had peanuts in. I had never seen kosher meals with packs of peanuts.

I fly business Elal to israel and they give me real dishes with metal spoons and forks. They are very nice to me. If you don’t like their food or you have certain health issues to avoid sugar or salt, bring your own food. No big deal.

Kosher breakfast is different from kosher lunch and dinner

I flew on Virgin Atlantic a few months back, and while the treif breakfast included an omelette, fresh cut-up fruit, and a roll, my kosher “meal” was a sugared fruit cup and one Beigle’s rugelach, period: No protein. Nothing savory. All sugary stuff. Nothing warm, either.

So it really depends on the time of day, too.

usually they group passengers with special meals in the same section of the plane,, i observed and asked many non jewish passenger ,having kosher meals , how come ?? they cite that is more reliable and healthy ,,a goy once told me in Africa ,he doesnt take a chance with the normal caterers ,and he alway request a kosher meal ,, i find the kosher meals that Emirates serves ( usually those packed in Thailand) are really high standard
